In this week’s episode, Lisa talks about helping someone put their financial info in a binder and making scrapbooks as a great way to add income to your Professional Organizing business.
She talks about networking and advertising through Google, websites and other advertising methods.
In this episode Lisa reviews with us the money that she earned on each job for the month, as well as where she got the business from.
Lisa jumps right into breaking down each job that she had during this particular month and how much revenue she earned from that job. She mentioned that her first job that she earned $1000 was a client that she had been referred to her. Another client had found her on the internet, and was a job that she did once a week and she earned $1000 a month for that job.
She goes into details on each client for the month, about how someone wants help unpacking at their new home, and one person wants 21 photo albums scans, and someone else wants photos put into their photo albums.
The reason that she breaks this down, she is trying to show you that the more that you offer and the more places that you advertise and put yourself out there, the more work that you can generate.
It was also a good practice for Organize 365, because she was able to see that fifty percent of her clients were repeat clients where fifty percent were new clients. The same goes for referrals and and advertising, fifty percent of the clients were referred to her and fifty percent were found based on the advertising.
This was a great month for her to capture this data because this was a very profitable month for Organize 365, and the clients were happy, the staff was happy and working and Lisa was happy and working, and everyone still had their Sundays off.
The last nugget that you get from this podcast, is that your website is a key component to your Professional Organizing business.
