Carol is described as Lisa’s business partner. Carol is not a financial partner in the Organize 365 business, but as Carol came into Organize 365, and Lisa started to bring her out on jobs, Lisa soon realized that she had to co-brand her because the clients bought Organize 365, not the team. She then had to rebrand everything from business cards and flyers to the website with the new brand to include Carol.
Lisa and Carol start out the interview talking about how Lisa met Carol at a Trade Show in Cincinnati. Carol knew who Lisa was and wanted Lisa to get to know Carol. Once they started going out on jobs together and they starting working together, they knew that they were a great organizing team.
Carol was running her own interior design business on the side so when she was hired on as an independent contractor working for Lisa. This worked out well for those times when Professional Organizing was slow, then the team had other means of income when they were not working on jobs for Lisa.
Carol had her own website and business and when she partnered with Lisa, she was able to surrender everything that she had put together for her own business. She realized that she wanted to be an organizer and she wanted to be creative and Lisa was so good at replying to clients at night and booking the appointments.
They were a partnership that helped the people in Cincinnati live a more organized life within their home and have their home function better with decoration, organization & time management.
